Returns
You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing issue
Return Conditions:
- Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof (images/video) may be required
Refunds
Once the returned item is inspected:
- Refunds may be issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa
- Shipping charges are non-refundable in most cases
Non-Returnable Situations
